ROTJ French 65 Back The text in the bottom half is quite interesting. The first line says "the figures marked with and Asterisk are not available in France." This is interesting because Chewbacca himself bears an asterisk. The French are in the avant-garde of existentialism, as proven by the toy which puts its own existence into question. Below that the card informs us that the toy meets French standards, and is guaranteed by the company. The final line of the text is as contradictory as the first. It says that the toy is not for children under 36 months. This is in direct contradicion to the front which says that the toy is not for children uner 48 months (4 years). This is probably attributed to different governmental standards between the country that had the toy distributed, and the country where the toy is distributed in. vintage index
